Let's get outside and stretch our bodies and clear our minds with our Park Meditation.
First, we will do some stretching exercises, to release the tension and stress from your body.
Next, you will practice our meditation technique to release negative thoughts and daily stress from your mind. Let's meditate together!
Our highly trained and deeply dedicated staff will help guide you in an enjoyable meditation session, where you can discard any attachments stored in your mind that are causing you stress and burden.
This will allow you to have a lighter, more peaceful, and happier mind.
Park Meditation is available every Sunday between 10am and 2pm.
It will take place at the place and time of your choosing. (Limited to LA County)
