Meditation is essential for all of us. You can throw away all your negative thoughts, such as anxiety, fear, alienation, procrastination, and avoidance. This method, called Mind Cleansing Meditation, is practiced by many, with excellent results.
Virtual Meditation is as effective as in-person meditation. In fact, some people prefer it because it can be practiced easily, anytime and anywhere. Meditation can be as easy as clicking on a Zoom link.
Guided by a professional meditation instructor, you will be taught our systematic and easy-to-follow method.
In-person meditation is also available, and you are welcome to register for sessions at one of our local centers (find the location nearest you).
Whether meditating with us virtually or in-person, there will always be an instructor present. No recordings, ever.

We will contact you to schedule your first session. A zoom link will be provided for online meditation classes.
A meditation instructor will guide you step by step in the zoom session.
We use the visualization technique. We will teach you how to recall your remembered thoughts which are stressors and release them away.
You can meditate via Zoom video call. It has the same benefits as an in-person guided meditation class.
It’s a group meditation (Virtual group meditation or in-person class) basically but we will guide you privately in the beginning of the meditation program.
Most techniques allow people to feel temporary relief from their burdens, but as they go back to normal life, their mind also goes back to its normal state.
Meditation is not about suppressing the mind. We will teach you how to discard the root cause of your pain and burden through our guided meditation method. This will allow you to see countless changes in your mental and emotional state.
