I started my meditation journey a month ago after feeling stuck and wanting a healthier means to cope with the stress and anxiety of life and since then, this meditation has been such a game changer for my life.
I feel so much more at peace and my anxiety and stress levels have reduced and feel much more manageable. I don’t drink or smoke as much both a change I was making personally before meditation but a change that seems to be working better because meditation.
I just started and have a longer journey ahead but this place has been such a place of support and help.
