What actually happens in the free 30-min intro?

It's a real guided meditation session — not a sales call, not an orientation. You'll have a brief conversation about where you are, then go straight into a live meditation together. You'll leave having actually experienced it, not just heard about it.

How is this different from a meditation app like Calm or Headspace?

Apps give you content; we give you a live guide. In an app, when your mind drifts, you stay lost. In our live class, a real teacher notices your pattern, provides immediate feedback, and holds you accountable so the practice finally sticks.
