Here’s hoping this article helps someone who’s having trouble sleeping. Here are my two secrets to getting a good night’s sleep.
1. I move with diligence.
2. I meditate to let go of stress, worries, and anxiety.
These were just some of the questions that kept me up at night. I started meditating in September 2017 and through meditation, I’ve found answers to these questions. When the negative thoughts such as worry, anxiety, and inferiority faded out of my mind, the true me slowly emerged. It was inside me all along. And guess what?! Same for you.
It’s all possible for you to live well in the world. You can have unchanging happiness other than material happiness too. I’m wishing everyone the best in 2022. And yes, I’ll pray that you sleep well too.
